Is Lympide NF525 compliant?

Lympide implements the technical requirements of the NF525 standard: tamper-proofing (chained signatures), security, retention and archiving over the legal period. The software is not certified by an accredited body: French law (Art. 286-I-3° bis of the Tax Code) allows either a certificate or the publisher's individual attestation, and Lympide follows the latter route.

Where do I get my attestation of compliance?

In Settings > Register > Exports, button “Attestation de conformité”. It is generated from the name and SIRET of your establishment, dated and numbered. This is the document to produce in the event of a tax audit, together with your FEC exports. Fill in your shop details first (legal name, SIRET, address): the attestation reproduces them.

From Settings > Team > Invite. The user receives an invitation email. You define their permissions per module.

Can I enable two-factor authentication?

Not yet, on any plan: authenticator-app two-factor (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) is not available today — it is on the roadmap. What protects your account today: hashed passwords, login rate limiting, one account per member with their own permissions, and a personal PIN per cashier on the register.
