Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Billing is prorated automatically.

None. The price shown is what you pay per location. No setup fee, no extra license per user (except Essentiel, which is limited to 1).

How does billing work across multiple locations?

No VAT is charged. Lympide operates under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA, Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code): the prices shown are the final prices. Each invoice carries the mention "VAT not applicable — Art. 293 B CGI".
